Henry O. Leichter
Henry O. Leichter, a native of Vienna, Austria, is a graduate of Swarthmore College and of the School of International Affairs and the Law School, both of Columbia University. After service in the US Foreign Service in Germany and France, he has been practicing law in New York since 1958, specializing in problems of foreign and international business and estate law. He is the author of "Civil Motion Practice, New York and Federal" and of numerous articles on international legal problems in various American, German and Austrian business publications.

Stephen P.H. Rachlis
Mr. Rachlis specializes in commercial and products liability litigation and in drafting and negotiating contracts including purchase and sales agreements. Many of his clients are industrial equipment manufacturers, including Black Clawson Company, Inc. and United Container Machinery, Inc. He is a graduate of Beloit College and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
