Nicholas M. Harnik
Nicholas M. Harnik studied law at the New York University School of Law (NYU Law), graduating in 2021. Nicholas began his legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in the firm's Mergers and Acqusitions department before joining a legal technolgy startup shortly thereafter.
​During his time at NYU, Nicholas received the Galgay Fellowship in Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law, and was a summer clerk for Judge Stuart Bernstein in The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Before law school, Nicholas was an investment banker at Jefferies in New York, working in the bank's technology and healthcare verticals.
Nicholas is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where he received an M.A. in International Economics and International Studies and of the Johns Hopkins University Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, where he recieved a B.A. in International Studies and graduated with Honors. He was admitted to the New York Bar 2022.
